Management Firm modifies name to reflect Core Value

San Francisco, USA  December 23rd, 2011 —AXIS Market Solutions, LLC today announced that it will change its name to AXIS Venture Leadership Partners, LLC effective immediately ( www.axisvlp.com ). 
All other aspects of the firm remain the same.  The modification does
not indicate any change in partners, leadership, location or focus.

“AXIS was founded in 2004 to bring a variety of leadership services to early, growth stage, technology companies,” said Rich Falcone, President & Managing Partner at AXIS. “That continues to be the core value and focus of the firm.”  Falcone has taken a sabbatical from AXIS since late 2008 when he assumed full-time leadership of a client company, Market Insight Corporation ( www.marketinsightcorp.com ).  As such, Falcone remains as the head of AXIS, currently only participating in an “arm’s length” advisory capacity.
