How - Clients have an opportunity to engage AXIS services on a scalable basis. Discovery sessions and situation analysis define the scope and nature of work recommended. In most instances, compensation is a blend of fees, milestone payments, and performance based incentive. Clients may utilize AXIS as an advisory and guidance partner, or a representative to revenue and capital markets, or as a significant participating C-level executive leadership resource.
Where – AXIS is based in the U.S. with management residence in the San Francisco Bay and Phoenix Metropolitan Areas. But associates reside throughout the U.S. and Asia. Management and associates travel extensively, to accommodate the locations of your company and its markets. Most early growth stage companies make a commitment to “global reach” as part of their road map.
